The delivery time is 6 to 12 business days, and it begins once the product is shipped via the postal service, which occurs within 10 business days after payment confirmation.

Tracking Information

The tracking code will be sent within 10 business days after the payment has been confirmed. You can track your order from the departure of the product from the country of origin to its arrival at your residence. 

Please note that if your order includes more than one product, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

Delivery Delays

Shipping and Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
